The QUICK TSS10C-B is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for fine, highly precise soldering work with controlled heat transfer. With its 1.0 mm pencil-point geometry, it is especially suitable for applications where precise positioning, good visibility of the solder joint and exact contact on small points are important.
The pencil-point shape is intended for solder joints where targeted and highly precise work is required. Unlike chisel or broader angled tips, the focus here is clearly on precision and accessibility. The slim, tapered geometry allows the tip to reach small contacts, tighter areas and finely structured assemblies safely. This is especially helpful when closely spaced leads need to be worked on or when a single solder joint must be reached precisely.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-B is a practical solution for professional users who need a controllable and precise tip for fine electronics work. The 200W version ensures that, despite the fine shape, sufficient thermal reserve is available to process typical electronics connections cleanly and reliably.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
