You can use this form as a consumer or private customer to exercise your right of withdrawal for a contract concluded via our online shop. This function does not apply to orders placed as a business customer, entrepreneur, or as part of a commercial or self-employed professional activity.

A withdrawal is only possible within the applicable withdrawal period. Please also refer to our withdrawal policy for further information.
