With these guiding principles in mind, we try to offer you as a technical consultant, with our well thought-out product range behind us, solutions for the most diverse installations, technical realisations and a wide range of advice on all aspects of soldering.
The TechnikRAT team can draw on over 30 years of experience. All facets of various technology sectors play a role here. From soldering technology (hand & rework soldering station incl. accessories) to consumer electronics (radio, television, antenna) and household technology (vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaning) to workshop equipment (tools, workplace equipment), we always try to offer you a suitable solution.
We sell our goods via this webshop and via well-known platforms such as ebay and Amazon. In addition to the areas mentioned above, we also offer the following product groups: Installation and assembly material for reception technology, batteries and rechargeable batteries, connection technology such as cables and plugs, ESD equipment, multimedia devices, receivers, data carriers such as blank discs and audio cassettes. And of course all kinds of other accessories.
Our locations with office in Coswig (Anhalt), the distribution point in Dresden and a modern external shipping and service centre work closely together to offer you fast shipping and short service times.
Most of our goods are transported within Germany by post / DHL for maximum customer satisfaction and collected twice a day (once in the morning and once in the afternoon) by the shipping service providers.
We are committed to ensuring that all paid orders that reach us by 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) are handed over to the parcel service on the same day.
Our team currently consists of 14 employees. This naturally includes departments for purchasing, sales, accounting, despatch, service and technology.
