ERSA i-CON VARIO 2 MK2 Multi-channel Soldering and Desoldering Station, 200W
Scope of delivery:
Electronics station, antistatic, 200W, air volume 2-20 l/min (0ICV2035A)
Hot air iron i-TOOL AIR S, 200W, temperature range 50-550°C (0470ERJ)
Hot air nozzle, 3.5 mm diameter (0472ER)
Desoldering tweezers CHIP TOOL VARIO, 2x40W (0460MDJ) with 0.7 mm chisel-shaped desoldering tip (0462MDLF007)
Storage stand for i-Tool AIR S (0A55)
Storage stand for Chip Tool Vario (0A54)
The i-CON VARIO 2 MK2 multi-channel soldering and desoldering station is specially designed for professional use and allows two soldering tools to be used simultaneously. In addition to the new, ergonomic i-TOOL AIR S (200W) hot air soldering iron, either the powerful i-TOOL (150W) for classic soldering work or the new CHIP TOOL VARIO (80W) desoldering tweezers can be operated in parallel. Other ERSA soldering tools are also compatible. The compact, ESD-safe power supply unit impresses with its simple and intuitive operation, as is standard with the entire i-CON series. It also offers interfaces for ERSA solder fume extractors and preheating plates, as well as easy configuration via a microSD card, similar to the larger i-CON VARIO 4 MK2.
The latest firmware versions can be downloaded at any time from www.ersa.de/vario.
i-TOOL AIR S
The i-TOOL AIR S is both ergonomic and powerful: its slim, lightweight design houses a 200W heating cartridge that allows effortless work on various SMD components. The hot air volume can be set directly on the handpiece between 2 and 20 l/min and read precisely on the display of the i-CON VARIO 2 or 4. Even the exact dosage of air for soldering the smallest components is possible without any problems. Different nozzles can be used for optimal heating. A motion sensor ensures that the hot air automatically switches off after an adjustable time when the device is not in use. In addition, the i-TOOL AIR S is switched on and off by a light sensor in the handpiece.
CHIP TOOL VARIO
The CHIP TOOL VARIO desoldering tweezers offer high performance (2 x 40W) in a compact design and are ideal for precise work on the smallest SMD components. The heating element pairs can be precisely aligned and quickly changed if necessary. A switch element allows you to switch between self-closing and self-opening operation. Like the i-TOOL and i-TOOL AIR S, the CHIP TOOL VARIO is also equipped with a motion sensor that activates the device from standby mode.
Standby power consumption: approx. 25W.
