The QUICK 191AF+ is a digital temperature meter for checking soldering tips, soldering irons and solder baths. Soldering tip temperature is measured using the replaceable triangle sensor, while the included external Type-K sensor can be used for solder baths and other temperature measurements. With a measuring range of 0 to 800 °C, 0.1 °C resolution and ±1.5 °C measurement accuracy, the device is suitable for electronics production, service, repair, laboratory work and quality control.
The 2.8-inch colour touch display shows the current temperature as a numerical value and as a real-time temperature curve. Minimum, maximum and average values can also be displayed, making it easier to evaluate temperature stability during a measurement.
For documented inspection and maintenance processes, the QUICK 191AF+ provides 1 GB of internal storage. Temperature values and scan information can be saved and retrieved later. Measurement data is stored as CSV files, with additional BMP files available for graphical documentation. Via USB-C, the stored files can be accessed and processed on a PC.
An integrated QR code and barcode scanner supports the assignment of measurement data to devices or test objects. Wi-Fi enables connection to supported network and IoT applications. The RS485 interface can be used for automatic temperature calibration of compatible soldering stations, provided that the connected station supports the required communication interface and protocol. The manual confirms both the data-storage functions and the RS485 calibration function.
The integrated 3000 mAh rechargeable battery supports mobile use. With compact dimensions of 77 x 150 x 25 mm, a weight of approximately 0.28 kg and the included carrying case, the instrument is also suitable for service work at changing locations.
