The GALLUNOPTIMAL precision tweezers with a 0.15 mm tip are designed for extremely fine gripping, positioning and rework tasks involving electronic and miniature components. The straight, high-precision tip allows small SMD parts, contacts, fine wires and sensitive components to be picked up and positioned accurately on densely populated circuit boards. The tweezers are suitable for SMD components down to size 01005.
Made from a titanium alloy, the tweezers are lightweight, dimensionally stable, anti-magnetic, corrosion-resistant and resistant to high temperatures. These properties make them particularly suitable for electronics assembly, rework, microsoldering, laboratories and technical workshops.
An integrated stop limits excessive closing of the very fine tips and supports controlled gripping and positioning of sensitive components. Ribbed gripping surfaces with an anti-slip texture provide additional control and secure handling, including precision work under a magnifying glass or microscope.
With an overall length of approx. 140 mm and a weight of only approx. 13 g, the tweezers are lightweight, easy to handle and well suited to precision work. The fine tip section is approx. 40 mm long and the tip width is approx. 0.15 mm.
In addition to SMD assembly and electronics rework, the tweezers are suitable for smartphone and mainboard repair, precision mechanics, watch repair, model making, jewellery work and laboratory applications. A transparent plastic storage box is included for protected storage and transport.
