The QUICK straight needle cartridge tip with 0.5 mm diameter is designed for very delicate soldering tasks with pinpoint heat transfer when used with the QUICK TS11 soldering station. It is especially suitable for small solder joints, fine pads, individual pins, SMD components and fine rework on densely populated PCBs.
The heater is integrated directly into the soldering tip. This ensures extremely efficient and fast heat transfer as well as precise thermal recovery directly at the joint. With the QUICK TS11 soldering station, this supports a heat-up time of 3 seconds from 20°C to 300°C and a temperature range of 100 to 450°C.
The integrated thermocouple enables precise real-time temperature monitoring and control. This improves temperature stability, supports long service life and helps optimize everyday work. Tip replacement is simple and requires no additional tools, reducing downtime during tip changes. Soldering temperature can also be calibrated.
For long service life, regular cleaning with brass wool or metal wool is recommended; after cleaning, the soldering tip should be re-tinned.
