The QUICK TSS10C-2.4D is a Universal rapid cartridge soldering tip designed for the QUICK TS10 soldering station with 300W heating power. Its straight chisel shape is 2.4 mm wide with a chisel thickness of 1.2 mm, providing a balanced working surface for versatile electronic soldering applications.
The chisel-shaped working surface is suitable for medium solder pads, component terminals, connectors, connection wires and general circuit board work. Its 2.4 mm working width provides a larger contact area than the finer 1.6 mm versions while remaining compact enough for controlled work on electronic assemblies.
A key feature of the TSS10 system is the direct connection between the soldering tip and heating element. This design provides high thermal efficiency and allows heat to be supplied quickly under changing thermal loads. With a 1.6 mm tip, the QUICK TS10 can reach approximately 300 °C in about 3 seconds.
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip and supports rapid adjustment of the required heating power. An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip. This value remains available to the station whenever the tip is used again, supporting precise temperature indication and reproducible soldering results.
The accurate temperature control and standby function of the QUICK TS10 help reduce unnecessary thermal stress on the soldering tip and support longer tip service life. The TSS10C-2.4D is therefore suitable for professional production, workshop, repair, service and rework applications requiring a versatile medium-width chisel tip.
