The QUICK TSS10C-3CM-01 is a Universal rapid cartridge soldering tip designed for the QUICK TS10 soldering station with 300W heating power. Its 3.0 mm wide working surface is beveled at 45° and features a slim design, combining a useful contact area with controlled positioning and convenient access to the solder joint.
The beveled working surface is suitable for medium solder pads, connectors, component terminals, soldering lugs and compact connection areas on circuit boards. Depending on the working angle, the 3.0 mm surface can provide broader contact for efficient heat transfer or be positioned more selectively on the solder joint.
The slim design is particularly useful where adjacent components restrict the available working space. At the same time, the 3.0 mm working width provides sufficient contact area for reliable heat transfer, combining good accessibility with effective thermal contact.
A key feature of the TSS10 system is the direct connection between the soldering tip and heating element. This design provides high thermal efficiency and allows heat to be supplied quickly under changing thermal loads. With a 1.6 mm tip, the QUICK TS10 can reach approximately 300 °C in about 3 seconds.
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip and supports rapid adjustment of the required heating power. An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip. This value remains available to the station whenever the tip is used again, supporting precise temperature indication and reproducible soldering results.
The accurate temperature control and standby function of the QUICK TS10 help reduce unnecessary thermal stress on the soldering tip and support longer tip service life.
