Quick Longlife solder pots are suitable for continuous use in soldering and tinning electrical components and have an integrated temperature sensor. The temperature can be set and monitored precisely to suit the application and solder used.
The temperature sensor is located in a separate closed control circuit so that it is not affected by the operating voltage of the heating element. This ensures extremely precise temperature control.
Particularly even heating of the material is achieved by the fact that the heating element surrounds the solder pot and is not just located underneath it.
The desired temperature can be conveniently set using the function keys and read precisely on the solder bath via the LCD display. With the help of the display, you can also perform a temperature calibration or adjust the automatic shut-off function.
An erosion- and heat-resistant titanium alloy is used to coat the pot to ensure a long service life.
Thanks to the high-quality alloy material, the solder bath is also suitable for lead-free applications.
An additional slag remover and a collection container for slag are included in the scope of delivery for removing solder oxidation.
Temperature-controlled, electrically heated crucibles are particularly suitable for dip soldering small and medium-sized connectors, enameled copper wires, stranded wire ends, connecting wires, cable lugs, or similar tasks that need to be performed evenly and reproducibly.
