QUICK stands for extremely robust, high-quality workmanship and flexible use. This includes features such as the use of ceramic heating elements, internally heated soldering tips and measurement of the temperature in the soldering tip for fast and effective heating control, perfect stability of the station and rest at the workplace, and an extremely flexible supply line to the soldering tool.
These components achieve a long service life and are very practical.
The device is easy to set up and ready for use in just a few minutes. The separate and freely positionable storage stand with integrated and replaceable dry cleaner enables tip-friendly cleaning and setup of the soldering station according to the user’s needs. Spare soldering tips can be conveniently stored and placed in the holder of the non-slip storage stand. The comfortable handling of the soldering iron is guaranteed by the ergonomic handle with grip padding and its extremely flexible supply line.
The soldering temperature can be easily adjusted in 1°C increments within a temperature range of 100° to 450°C using the buttons. You can always keep an eye on the actual temperature on the easy-to-read display and even store up to 3 favorites in the device. The temperature accuracy is +/- 2° C and can be calibrated, e.g. after aging of the heating element.
The station can be secured against unwanted changes using password protection.
Thanks to the included silicone pad for heat protection, changing the soldering tip is easy, even when the station is hot.
To protect the soldering tip from unnecessary oxidation, please turn off the station at the power switch when not in use.
For safe ESD protection of the soldering station, please connect it firmly to your ESD-safe workstation at the socket of the device. The included cable with an alligator clip is only a temporary option to prevent high static charges.
