The GALLUNOPTIMAL Precision Knife & Hook Blade Set is a 5-piece rework tool set for fine cutting, disassembly and repair work on electronic assemblies. Each tool can be used at both ends, providing a selection of narrow, wide, straight and curved knife, spatula and hook shapes for different tasks around PCBs and electronic components.
The thin, flexible blades and tips are suitable for working on BGA, CPU, IC and NAND components as well as mainboards, logic boards and densely populated circuit boards. Depending on the selected shape, components can be carefully loosened, lifted, reached from underneath or exposed. Flat and curved tool shapes can also assist when working on adhesive, glue residue, films, protective materials and other residues around electronic parts.
The set is suitable for BGA and CPU rework, smartphone repair, electronics servicing, laboratories and technical workshops. Different tool shapes provide access to narrow gaps and hard-to-reach areas. Ribbed gripping surfaces support secure handling during fine work, while the different grip colours make the five tools easier to distinguish.
The tools are made of stainless steel and are supplied in a plastic storage box for organised storage at the workstation or in a service kit.
