GALLUNOPTIMAL ISO-Core Sn99.25Cu0.7Ni0.05 (Sn100Ni+) lead-free solder wire for manual soldering in electronics, DIN EN ISO 9453:2014 with 2.2% flux filling Ultra-Clear, halogen-free 0% REL0 DIN EN ISO 9454-1, 1231, melting temperature 227°C, 1.0mm, 100g spool
GALLUNOPTIMAL by FELDER ISO-Core Sn99.25Cu0.7Ni0.05 (Sn100Ni+) is a lead-free and completely halogen-free solder wire made from pure metals of first melt, ideal for manual and automatic soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, and electromechanics. The 2.2% UltraClear flux based on synthetic resins (rosin-free) ensures high temperature resistance, spatter-free melting, and superior spreading and wetting properties. Crystal-clear residues reduce outgassing and odor, protect the working environment, and extend the service life of your soldering tips. Minimal residues can be easily removed with a soldering sponge or brass wool if necessary.
Compliant with the REL0 standard (J-STD-004/DIN EN 61190-1-3), this wire is perfect for assembly production and automated soldering processes. With a diameter of 1.0 mm, a melting temperature of 227 °C, and a practical 100 g spool, it guarantees clean, reliable connections – without any subsequent cleaning work.
Made in Germany – produced for GALLUNOPTIMAL by FELDER GmbH Oberhausen.
