The large contact area is particularly suitable for massive components, large solder pads, heavy connectors, metal surfaces and other joints with strong heat dissipation. When a workpiece absorbs a large amount of thermal energy, smaller soldering tips can lose temperature quickly. The TSS10B-12P-01 provides a broad working surface and substantial thermal reserve for such applications.<\/p>\n
A key feature of the TSS10 system is the direct connection between the soldering tip and heating element. This design provides high thermal efficiency and allows heat to be supplied quickly under changing thermal loads. With the QUICK TS10, approximately 300 \u00b0C can be reached in about 3 seconds when using a 1.6 mm tip.<\/p>\n
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip and supports rapid adjustment of the required heating power. An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip.
