The knife-shaped tip is particularly suitable for solder pads, connectors, soldering lugs, metal sheets, ground areas and other joints with increased thermal demand. Depending on the working angle, the broad edge can be used for extensive surface contact or positioned more selectively on the solder joint.<\/p>\n
The massive tip shape also provides a substantial heat reservoir. This is especially useful when soldering components or surfaces that absorb larger amounts of thermal energy and can quickly cool a smaller soldering tip. The combination of working surface and thermal reserve supports controlled heat transfer in demanding soldering applications.<\/p>\n
A key feature of the TSS10 system is the direct connection between the soldering tip and heating element. This design provides high thermal efficiency and allows heat to be supplied quickly under changing thermal loads.
